Cancellation and Booking Policy
Kaya J aims to provide the best service possible, and to ensure fairness and consistency, the following policies are in place:
Payment Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- Non-payment will result in the cancellation of your appointment.
No Third-Party Bookings
- All appointments must be booked directly by the person receiving the service. Bookings made by someone else on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
Rescheduling
- Appointments can be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice.
- Frequent rescheduling will not be accommodated, and future bookings may be declined.
Cancellations and Changes
- If Kaya J needs to adjust your appointment time, Kaya J will notify you as soon as possible. Minor adjustments (e.g., up to 20 minutes) will not qualify for a refund.
- If you choose to cancel after being notified of a minor time change, the booking remains non-refundable.
Follow-Up Policy
- Kaya J will not make repeated attempts to contact you to confirm or reschedule an appointment. It is your responsibility to respond promptly to booking communications.
No-Show and Non-Communication
- Failure to show up for an appointment and any attempt to avoid communication will result in a permanent ban from future bookings.
Final Sale
- All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
